Commission Terms of Service

Please read the entirety of my Terms of Service before contacting me.

If you do not agree to my terms, you cannot commission me.

Pricing on all materials will vary.

My TOS is subject to change without notice.

I do not service anyone outside of the United States due to international customs.

Exceptions may apply.

What I will draw/make:

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.

You are, by law, responsible for all purchases using a verified account.

You are the individual who owns the PayPal/Cashapp account, card and/or bank account and are authorized to make a transaction.

Chargebacks/ nonconsensual refunds are not permitted.

You must confirm you have read and agree to my terms.

I only allow one slot per customer.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

What I will NOT draw/make:

nsfw content that is sexual in nature
real people
violence/symbols/phrases intended to harm a select, marginalized group of individuals
fetish material, sfw or nsfw

Do not claim my art/suits as your own work or someone else’s work. If you have paid full price for your commission or store item feel free to make changes to it without my permission, but you must specify any and which changes have been made.
Commissioned work will be uploaded to one or more of my social media accounts with credit to the owner of any featured characters.
You may re-upload artwork/ post pictures of suits as long as you credit me with the names "XenoJax" or "XenoJax Studios" and/or provide a link/tag to one of my social media sites or my website.
For digital artwork, MAKE SURE TO SAVE IT. I am not responsible if you lose any materials you purchased from me.
If the physical materials you receive are slightly damaged or if a suit piece is of the wrong size, you can ask me how to fix it or send it to me to get it fixed at no cost to you, but after the first 2 send-backs, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Reproducing my work, especially for cryptocurrency-related endeavors, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
I do not consent to any of my work being used to train AI.
I do not consent to my work being mass-produced by anyone.

Full refunds are permitted if your commission has not yet begun (when you have completed the down payment of 25%). Refunds during the commission process are permitted, but 30% of what has already been paid is non-refundable. However, I recommend communicating with me first so refunds can be a last resort.
Store or pre-made items can be fully refunded and sent back if the item has not been damaged in your possession. If you have damaged the item, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
If you would like to switch out an item for another of equal price, just let me know, and you can send it back.
If the physical product you received is damaged beyond repair as the fault of the shipping company, I am not responsible.
25% payment is required before I begin with making the commission, 50% payment once the commission is halfway done, and the 25% payment is required once the piece is complete (this is before it is sent/shipped.)
Rush orders are not permitted.

You can have up to 3 major revisions with digital work and 0 major revisions with fursuit pieces. Minor revisions (such as a small digital color change or a part of a headbase slightly carved) are unlimited within reasonable circumstances.
Digital canvas size is negotiable.
Your contact info HAS TO BE ACTIVE, as communication is important for the commission process.
